Peace Websites is a brand of Light Cut Productions ("we", "us"), based in Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Enquiry form: the name, business name, email address, phone number, current website and message you choose to send us. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to us.
• Booking: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.
• Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the services you ask for and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (hosting, form handling, scheduling, email), and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and as required for business records.
